Refund Policy

Monthly Rentals

All storage rentals are billed on a month-to-month basis.

Refunds
• Payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
• No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Move-Out Policy
• Tenants must vacate their unit prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
• It is the tenant’s responsibility to notify management of move-out.

Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Native Trails Storage management.
